Wow, it's been a year since my first post on The Home Biz Blog, amazing. This year went by fast!
No major changes in my home business life - well, my downline keeps growing and my income increases steadily so I'm satisfied.
I joined a few new opportunities in 2004...
Running a home business is a learning process and I am studying all the time, reading eBooks, tuturials, courses, articles, etc. and developing new skills. But I have way too little time to read all the articles and eBooks (both free and for sale) available even though I would like to. That's why it's so refreshing to find eBooks/reports that are concise and to the point - something that is worth my time.
This is actually what I found in a few recent reports by Charlie Page, owner of the Directory of Ezines. They were all top-notch information with no fluff. It's also really nice how he takes you step by step so you can create something while you learn. Hands-on experience is often the best way to learn something new.
One of these reports was called How To Write Killer Ads In Under 10 Minutes and it teaches you how to write effective Google AdWords ads (for example) that get higher click-through-rates (which means you save money). You can actually get it right here.
The most popular entry on The Home Biz Blog is definitely the one with the Gmail invites. Although I'm not giving everybody invites anymore I still have a few extra invites - so if you have something to offer let me know.
In my opinion, the best free service I discovered in 2004 is StatCounter because it makes it so easy to keep track of your visitors through a free counter on all your webpages.
I'm determined to make 2005 my best year yet - publishing an eBook, building my network, discovering new niches and opportunities and creating new income streams.

Posted by: concerned citizen at March 3, 2005 10:39 PMBeware NoBsZone......They have a serious problem with a payment processor....an upgrade to "pro" using NoBsZone processor pay-comms.com opens your credit card to fradulent charges. I have over 90.00 in charges that began with a simple up grade to pro.
NoBsZone will not respond. Their payment processor pay-comms.com will not respond. I had to suspend my credit card.
Check your "pro" membership if the payment processor is pay-comms.com you and any downline may be subject to this scam.

Yes, NoBSzone sent a notification about this mistake - I do not believe it is a scam. It seems like certain credit cards got mixed up with the wrong accounts and were charged for a wrong service.
They reported that this has all been taken care of. I hope you got out of this alright. I haven't had any trouble with NoBSzone so it still looks good to me.
I am aware of a few glitches with my blog in Firefox but no horrible errors - could you please describe the error better?
